A Calgary REALTOR® who grew up in the business—and built a practice of his own.
Nick was born and raised in Calgary and grew up around real estate. Both of his parents were REALTORS®, and before earning his own licence he had already worked behind the scenes on photography, floor plans, open houses and listing preparation.
Today, Nick runs an independent practice serving buyers and sellers throughout Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Chestermere. He personally handles each showing, pricing discussion, offer and negotiation.
His B.A. in Economics from the University of Calgary shapes how he assesses value, interprets market conditions and builds a negotiation strategy around his clients’ goals.
The first job he ever had was in real estate.
Before Nick had a licence, he worked on listings alongside his father, Ziggy Trawinski, who has worked in real estate for almost 30 years. Nick measured rooms, drafted floor plans, photographed properties, prepared feature sheets, installed signage and helped run open houses.
That early experience showed him how much careful work happens before a listing reaches the market—and how pricing, preparation and presentation shape the result. By the time he began representing clients himself, he already understood the process from the ground up.
Nick now runs his own practice and brings that foundation to every buyer and seller he represents.
